Join SameSide and Kimberly Daniels, a board certified holistic health counselor, for an hour of meditation, tips for self-care, and direct connection to people across America through video conferencing. You can join from anywhere in the US! We believe it will be important now, more than ever, to still have human connection and the support of our communities.

In this hour, we will:

  • Open with a grounding meditation.
  • Get advice & tips from Kim about how to best protect yourself mentally and physically during this time of lockdown.
  • "Meet" face-to-face in small-group discussions to share and learn from others on how we can support our community in this time of mental health stress.
  • Finish with a closing meditation.
  • Receive a mental health discussion guide.

You will receive a unique link to join via video conference where you can join through your computer or phone.  

About Kimberly Daniels: Kimberly M. Daniels is a New York City based Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor with a Master’s degree in Psychology and over 10 years of professional experience. Practice Self-Care and Support Mental Health

To be able to care for the people you love, you must first take care of yourself. We often put our own mental and physical health at a lower priority when helping others but the best way to be present and help the people we love is to focus on our own self-care first. Through Treat Yourself for Mental Health, you can do both! 

All events and experiences in Treat Yourself for Mental Health offer self-care services, classes and experiences while raising money and awareness for organizations providing critical resources for mental health. Join a class and take time for you knowing you're also bringing a lot of good into the world.
