In our society stress has been normalized as something we are just meant to deal with and I don’t agree. I understand there are stressors but living in a constant loop of anxiety and constant stress is not healthy for the spirit, mind or body. To honor the beauty of living life in the present and allowing stress and tension to leave you I have created “Moment X Moment”. This is a meditation series dropping every Monday starting April 5- 26th.
In this series I will lead you in connecting with your breath “Moment X Moment”. I believe all we have is the present and it’s important to be mindful of being in your body in the present at every Moment of your life. When we are being fully aware of what is here now this is how we connect to our intuition, find clarity, and come to realize we are Enough.
If you’re in space where you want to connect with your center and trust the process of your life download the weekly meditations.
As with all my events or offerings I’m giving back. A portion of the proceeds will go to The LoveLand Foundation a organization that is supporting black women and girls in their mental health and emotional care needs.
Meditations are $10 dollars and can be purchased here.
With therapy sessions in the U.S. typically costing anywhere from $60 - $250-- even with insurance, the prevalent and ingrained stigma surrounding mental health in many communities, and the fact that the vast majority of therapists in this country are white, it is often difficult for Black women and girls to access therapy when they need it. Loveland Foundation is changing that.
All events for this campaign support the Loveland Foundation's Therapy Fund. With the barriers affecting access to treatment by members of diverse ethnic and racial groups. Loveland Therapy Fund provides financial assistance to Black women and girls nationally seeking therapy.
