We all need to let our muscles — and our minds — recover at the end of the week. Join yoga teacher Phoebe Schiff for a relaxing class that combines dynamic and restorative poses with cannabis topicals to help open up our bodies for deeper movement, and widen our awareness about the need for sensible gun laws.
Class begins with an active practice that builds strength and clears energy blocks. Then, circle up with Phoebe and your fellow students to enjoy the deep, healing benefits of soothing cannabis topical balm.
While enjoying the sweet relief of the balm on sore muscles and joints, we’ll write postcards and letters, make calls and send social media posts to elected officials asking them to support bills related to safer gun laws, including AB 2103, the Live Fire Training bill introduced in the California Legislature.
Then we’ll head back to our mats for a deep, stretchy restorative practice that will bring body and mind back in balance.
