Let’s get our chill on for 4/20 at this Cocktails + Change experience. Kick back with Cannabis Chef Holden Jagger, who will be creating cannabis cocktails + small plates on 4/20 in support of criminal justice reform and federal legalization of cannabis.  Treehouse will be opening up their beautiful space in Ktown and a DJ will spinning as we enjoy 4/20.

This is a 21+ event. 

Chef Holden Jagger of Altered Plates is the celebrity cannabis chef known for bringing not only your palate to utter euphoria, but also creating a wonderful high dining experience. Holden and his team develop custom culinary cannabis experiences, with a particular emphasis on pairing the flavors in cannabis with flavors in food. Chef Holden relies on his years of cannabis cultivation to utilize every part of the plant, from pollen and pickled male plants, to dehydrated leaves.

Treehouse is a new form of culture and community-focused shared housing. We believe co-living involves more than coexisting. At Treehouse, our ethos is to share more than where we live – but to embrace the individuals and cultures we share our city with. Our primary goal is to create a lifestyle that combats the isolation caused by a more fragmented society and unifies tenants through celebrations of their own diversity.

Ganjier, chef and cultivator Holden Jagger has a long, passionate relationship with both cooking and cannabis. His culinary explorations often end up on Altered Plates menus, ranging from cannabis pollen-topped seared scallops and fermented cannabis leaf dolmas, to aromatic uses for cannasalt and cannasugar. In the infused space, Holden is careful to offer fine-tuned dosage through a variety of techniques. He is also a passionate advocate for CBD and is on a quest to continue exploring the other cannabinoids in cannabis and their use in the culinary arts.
